Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Margo, a product of Upbrew Technologies LLP (upbrew.in). “We” and “us” mean Upbrew Technologies LLP. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

What Margo does

Margo connects to your Instagram professional account through Meta's official API and replies to DMs and comments on your behalf: answering questions, booking appointments into your calendar, sending reminders and asking for reviews. You stay in control: you can take over any conversation, edit anything Margo says, and pause her at any time.

Your responsibilities

• You own or are authorised to manage the Instagram account you connect.
• The information you give Margo (prices, policies, availability) is accurate.
• You follow Meta's platform terms and applicable law, including messaging and marketing rules where you operate.
• You don't use Margo to send bulk or unsolicited messages.

What Margo says on your behalf

Margo only quotes prices and policies you have entered, and only offers times your calendar says are free. Still, an AI assistant can make mistakes. You are responsible for what is sent from your account, so review your setup and check the inbox. We are not liable for a booking made at the wrong time or price.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider and renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Prices can change with 30 days' notice.

The founding guarantee

If you are on a paid plan and Margo does not book at least three appointments in your first 30 days, email us and your next month is free. One claim per business.

Availability

We aim to keep Margo running at all times, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. Instagram's API can rate-limit or change, which can delay or block messages. Margo paces sending to stay within Meta's limits.

Your data

You keep ownership of your business data and your clients' data. We process it as described in the privacy policy. You can export or delete it at any time.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account whenever you like. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service, or puts our Meta app at risk. If we end your account without cause, we refund the unused part of the period.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
